Summer break is currently taking residence at the moment and as a student it should be when we got the most time at our disposal. In the past, I had been eagerly looking for a holiday job and work throughout summer’s stay. The more fortunate people will be talking about holidays and vacations. Many of them got to fulfill their desires for fun and exciting programs to make up for the entire school term especially the examination fatigue incurred.
Although summer had just arrived, I already know this is most probably the best summer so far. It is different. I started off summer with the best holiday in my life and followed by pleasurable leisure. I didn’t dive into all the job search centers, agencies and websites frantically looking for a job.
There are also loads of interesting movies this summer. So far there were Ironman, Prince of Persia, Sex in the City, Ip Man, Shrek Forever, Robin Hood.
More are coming along like Karate Kid, Nightmare on Elm Street, Eclipse, Marmaduke, Nanny Mcphee, Killers, Predators, Cats and Dogs, Ip Man prequel, etc.
The only thing that is spoiling this summer is the summer weather. The intense heat. I hate the heat seriously but I am okay as long as the temperature doesn’t go pass 31 degrees. Last night was cooling enough with temperature hovering around 30.3 degrees on my room thermometer and it was one of the days I used my fan rather than the air conditioner for some time.
I hope everybody is enjoying this summer and may the gods give us a little leniency on the temperature. Cheers =)
