2009 year end festive season was smashing. Loads of great activities and gatherings. Christmas was heartwarming thanks to 2 dinners at friends' place as well as movies and simple games. New Year's eve was packed that I could hardly breathe. And also because of that the hangover was massive.
I did however made a wrong decision. The last event on new year's eve did not went very well. I should have given it a miss and carried on staying over with the rest of the old friends although it cost more. A clown can delight an entire crowd but an idiot can also dampen the party.
2010 started off more importantly with my club's AGM and the assumption of the new executive committee members to manage the club for the brand new year. I was made part of it. After that, immediately we got things cracking with briefing from the previous members of the rough idea of our duties. Followed that we did a training camp to prepare the rest of he members for an upcoming marathon.
In between, there's also payment for the upcoming academic exams. We got to make a trip to RELC to pay a huge amount of money. So far everything went pretty swiftly.
The first half of the year for my university was the most critical and crucial period. We have to work very hard on our studies for the finals in May. That's the thing to focus on hopefully after the marathon and it is also the most effort demand for this year.
Let 2010 be a good year fixed and disciplined strictly to plan without any deviation.
